As I was reading this blog, I was inspired to start taking care of my body more properly and learn how to balance out my hormones in a safer, yet natural way. Tabitha Blues blog about essential oils goes into debt about why, how, and where you can use them, while demonstrating the properties and effectiveness it has ones the body and health.
She stated “I want to help mamas like me, and others, create a healthy home life for their families in a modern way using ancient techniques, one small change at a time.” Im a firm believer in essential oils not because they make me feel more at ease with myself, but they always make me feel balanced and happy. It’s nice to see others talking about their experiences and what they can contribute to society with just a simple meaningful explanation. I love how she goes into debt about the different types of oils, and what they can be used for, and how they benefit your overall mental/physical health. It takes strong women to come forth with personal stories and experiences and share them with the internet, but this blog has made me want to help people in every way just like she did.
