As I mentioned in one of my post, I’ve always been putting stress on my body mentally and physically, and I’ve done everything from physical therapy, to chiropractors. Although those seemed to help, I found essential oils to really trigger my mental health in a way that I could’ve never imagined. I incorporate oils into my bath, or in a diffuser everyday, and every night I spray lavender oils on my pillows to ensure I get a better nights rest. I start off my day with putting tea tree or lemon oil into my diffuser for a more vibrant and awakening energy. If I really want to have a calming energy I will diffuse lavender or peppermint oils if I’m having problems with insomnia, or just for relaxation.
If I don’t use essential oils, I don’t feel as balanced or focused when doing my day to day task, or school work. I’ve gotten many people onto diffusers and so far they only have great things to say a bout it, I mean what’s not to love about essential oils, they can only help you in a natural therapeutic way. I started obsessing over oils when I use to get massage treatments, and the smell in the room just made me overly relaxed and I haven’t enjoyed a feeling like that in a while. I think everyone should try out aromatherapy, even if you don’t diffuse it, its benefits can help maintain your mind, body and soul mentality in a non toxic way.
